3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Gameplay, Fees, and Wallet

PvP matches require tickets and may require a match fee. Match rewards, fees, and availability of game modes may change at any time. Any wallet balance, tickets, and rewards are subject to our anti-fraud controls and dispute review.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Exploit bugs, manipulate matchmaking, or attempt to interfere with timers or outcomes.
  • Use bots, scripts, automation, or third-party tools to gain an advantage.
  • Abuse refunds, chargebacks, or payment systems.
  • Harass other users or engage in unlawful activity.

6. Suspensions and Forfeits

We may suspend or terminate accounts, void rewards, or forfeit matches if we detect suspected fraud, cheating, abuse, or violation of these terms.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties of any kind, including warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WordClash and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including game modes, fees, rewards, and features.
